Terms   and   Policy's

Reservations:
-- Reservations are NOT guaranteed until deposit is received and acknowledgment email
     sent.  Unsecured reservations can not be guaranteed. 
--  Unless last minute, no Fri or Sat night only reservations.
--  Only cash/personal checks accepted, no credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:  
-- Full refund if written and confirmed receipt received 30 days prior to arrival.  If less than
     30 days, full refund will be given if able to fill reservation for the entire period.

Misc Policies:
-- NO pets in cabins.
-- Check in 3:00 pm and Check out is 11:00.  Guests may arrive early or leave vehicles on
    property for late check out as long as cabins are vacated for cleaning for arriving guests.
--  Late check out fee may be assessed if staying past check out time of 11 am.
-- First set of linens and towels provided at no charge.  Guests staying a week may have linens
    changed and clean towels at no charge, upon request.  Otherwise, $10 fee for additional set
    of linens and towels.
-- Additional fee for more than 4 guests per cabin.  $4/person or an
    $5 charge for cot rental;  including linens.
-- Guests agree to comply with all state/local laws while staying at the resort; including helmet
     and safety compliance. 
-- NO joy riding in resort.  Driveways are for entering and leaving the resort.
-- Parents are responsible for children's safety and for the consideration of other guests.

-- National Geographic Paiute Trail Maps available for $10/each.
-- Forestry maps available at no charge, based on availability.
-- Ice available for $1.00/bag.  Fire wood available for $4.25 a bundle, based on availability.

-- NO public laundry facility available at Pine Creek Cabins Resort.  South-Forty RV Park
    offers coin-laundry and coin-showers for our RV guests who might like a longer shower
    with more room.
